Oh my goodness my shopping experience was fantastic. Let me tell you what happened so I ordered the lip balm to lighten my lips, cause the dog from me smoking cigarettes, and the day that they were delivered I was sitting outside, but no delivery of a cane. I was quite disappointed, but then I reached out to your company and this young lady oh my goodness I wish I could remember her name she was just amazing. It was very shipped out to me again. I received it. I was ecstatic.. thank you
