Did not enjoy the automated responses to emails and completely impersonal replies. When we recieved the replacement lid it was the wrong colour (despite recieving photos clearly showing the bottle affected) but it was no matter, it also broke the exact same way mere days after anyway.

Was offered as a hollow and “gift” in response to failure to commence shipping. Hollow offer without consultation of actual need and usefulness… (my favourite part) was not even included in parcel.
