As soon as u walk though the doors u are greeted w/smiles & a welcome! U have always done that! Something that has changed I started going through the store & the person in the store never came up to me. She said from afar if you need anything to let her know. There was no one in the store(customers). She was busy I think steaming clothes. Bought some stuff. Asked about items that I knew you had in the past & she didn’t seem to want to help, she said to go to the website. I love ur store!

The customer service is always flawless. They are helpful and very on top of what you need. You don't even need to say you wanna try something on, they are already on it getting a changing room ready for you. The Santa Rosa location is closer to me but I have been a loyal customer since they had a location in Healdsburg. I am always impressed with not only the quality of clothes but the level of kindness from staff. I highly recommend using for any fashion emergencies!
