Not really an ideal pillow for overweight pregnant people as the pillow does not hold shape and half the pillow always falls off the bed in the middle of the night, would recommend a pillow that has a support band attached otherwise you have to lay ON TOP on the pillow rather than being inside and all snuggled up, does not provide the support I need
