Very fast delivery amazing

Do not trust this website. Their refund policies and shipping timelines are completely inaccurate and misleading. This company will not honor refunds, and they delay shipments without any notice or communication. despite being placed well in advance for a special occasion. They failed to provide any update or automated notice that my product would not ship within their advertised timeframe. Buyers should be aware:

They took quiet a long time to arrive and now I have several fraudulent charges on my card.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I placed an order for 3 gender reveal grenades for my future nephew’s celebration, doing it a month in advance to avoid any delays. Despite my efforts to plan ahead, I ended up waiting over a month—and the grenades never arrived. I was in constant communication with customer service, but all they did was apologize without offering a real solution or sending the actual order, which was the least they could have done. Scammers!!! They never shipped my items. I emailed multiple times however received BS responses. Then I discovered a fraudulent charge from them a week after I put in my initial order. If there are anymore fraudulent charges I will pay you a visit in person. I will be disputing these charges.

Fraudulent company, never got my product

never received my product it didn't even make it out of Utah and was then returned.. lack of a customer service phone number should have been my first red flag.. received an email saying sorry they are working on getting it re-shipped.. never got a conformation 17 days later still no product .. don't waste your time money or frustration this is a total scam..

Buying the product is no problem. Smoky Club TM is a hidden fee scam that preys on the financially vulnerable. You'll have to read through 10 pages of Terms of Service to find out 1. how much the hidden fee is and 2. how to cancel it in time. From the time of purchase, you have about three days to send in a cancellation request and pray they cancel it in time. I was charged an extra $22.43 and would continue to be charged that EVERY MONTH if I hadn't canceled It felt icky to engage here

If you are going to advertise a “club” as free and then sneakily charge people for it be a decent human being at put “7 day free trial” in you checkout. Seriously so scummy of you to not out anything.

Arrived earlier than expexted

Okay Smoky fans I am a plumbing contractor on occasion we need to perform a smoke test on sewer pipes it helps us find hidden sewer gas leaks. Normally we buy a 6 min smoke candle from the local plumbing supplier (ugh) the manufacture that normal makes smoke candles for plumbers manufacture plant burnt down and nobody had smoke candles. We were desperate and had a customer in need so we so these smoky bombs they used on parties so we thought we would give it a try. Bam we are a fun it worked great and saved the day and we found the customers stinky sewer smell problem. We will buy again. Plumber Approved Thanks Mighty Rooter LLC

No tracking on shipments, only tons of emails on being an affiliate and promoting their company, had to complain and follow up, got the package last minute before the holiday rush/best friends gender reveal even though I ordered three weeks before the date, it was the wrong item, had to drive forty minutes just to pick something up because ordering a new one wouldn’t come in time from anywhere I would’ve ordered it from because of the timing of the holidays. They are sneaky, instead of having a subscription service box you click on and knowingly sign up for (this charges your card every month)- they have it already checked. Which is so backwards… Then after they made it so chaotic and a big fuss for one smoke bomb, you let it go just to realize months later they’ve been taking over 20 bucks a month from you (even twice in one month) just to send an email back that basically says “too bad, this is our policy”. Fighting with my bank now who even said the way it was done was very strange. Do not buy from Smoky Bombs.

Their products are great but their shady business practices and “smoky club” scam take away all credibility for me.

You’ve tried to charge my account 6 times since purchasing.

Process time takes too long- its okay if you have more time for an even- we only had three weeks and it got here once the event had passed. They don't offer refunds desite not showing you he expected arrival after purchase. even though inquiry was righ after purchase due to time frame of arrival. I asked if I could pay a rush fee which they won't- that seems to be more law based and not smoky based as its sent hazmat. Also a sneaky membership charge. orange was barely smoky and orange. Black was just okay and more grey. Very mediocre. They do package thoroughly and neither bomb was damaged during shipping.
