I'm VERY disappointed in your customer service. I had to return _1_ item from my last order and was offered a 1-time shipping fee for the replacement item, but unfortunately was charged TWICE (even though I only returned 1 item and not 2 items). Although I've emailed Frelsi about the incorrect double charge, I've never heard back from anyone and I'm very frustrated about it. I will definitely not be recommending Frelsi to any of my friends, and you've lost a customer.
