Pallet count and content were misrepresented. Advertised as women's but 80% were men's of a single size. Also, count was way off.

When I purchased the box, I was told what I bought was sold out. It took several days for them to co tact me and let me know. Then the box didn’t contain any of the pieces it advertises is in the box. I will not purchase again.

Great variety to pick from but when the site says it takes up to a week to ship you better believe it.

You guys really need to get back to what you used to do. All of these boxes that contained returned garbage are killing you. I will not shop any of that crap, and you put that crap in all of your new with tags boxes. What a waste of money for those of us that are trying to run a business. Instead of just a hobby. Returns are for hobby people

Instead of taking responsibility, you ignored my concerns, hid behind automated responses, and refused to resolve the issue. Your lack of honesty, accountability, and customer service has cost me over $7,000 and has put real damage on my small business. That is not just a number to me—this is my livelihood. I will never work with your company

Said it all

I had a horrible experience with NWOT Outlet. I bought a Good American 400 pc pallet that was advertised as a “complete mixture of good american branded apparel” with “varied/assorted” sizing. This unfortunately did not match the contents of the pallet I received. There were only about 10 different styles of clothing in the pallet and the rest were duplicates. When I reached out to customer support, they assured me that they would offer a satisfactory solution and then proceeded to not respond.

I had pay 2 times my delivery guy because they were not ready and no one ever contacted me

I purchased this pallet under the impression that I would be receiving authentic "Hot Topic" inventory. Of the 1100 items only 1 item was branded Hot Topic. The majority were from Kohls, Forever 21 and Rue 21. When I reached out to the sellers, they told me that the items were 'produced by the same manufacturer' and that no one would recognize the name so they label it Hot Topic. This is very misleading. The title states Hot Topic and in the description it lists: Brands can include: Hot Topic. I

Hoping for more clothing/brand variety in the future and manifested lot! Will shop again

You had a high rate of flawed items and you do not disclose the condition of your items very well. Each item you sell should be noted if you are selling it in a lot when it is flawed, especially to the point of not being ressellable for the reseller community. I would not recommend your company based upon my first experience with you nor would I consider purchasing a more expensive lot.

My experience buying from NWOT WAS NOTHING SHORT OF DISGRACEFUL WE SENT JACOB. THE OWNER ALMOST $40,000 AND HE SENT US NOTHING BUT EXPIRED OLD AND DIRTY ITEMS FROM AS FAR BACK AS 25 YEARS AGO IF ANYONE WOULD LIKE TO EMAIL ME FOR THE PICTURES AND VIDEOS THAT WE TOOK OF THE MOST DISGUSTING PRODUCTS THAT IS COMPANY HAS SENT US. HE ALSO BLOCKED US REFUSES TO WORK WITH US/REFUND US IN ANYWAY. AFTER PROMISING US TO TRY TO HELP US GET BACK SOME OF OUR MONEY HE IS A DISGRACEFUL HUMAN BEING BUYER BEWARE!
