Arrived late, after my concert, despite ordering months in advance. Overpaid for a mistery gift that had items from an unrecognized boyband, not BTS. Like who is UKISS??? You sent a bunch of items of an artist I dont know or like, when I paid so much for a package that I expected to not only arrive on time, but to have nice BTS stuff.
