I had some issues with the shipping company stating my order had been delivered, but I didn't receive it. I contacted Cocodive directly and turns out my order hadn't even been shipped yet. The two people I emailed with at Cocodive were so incredibly nice and helpful, they sent me the correct link and explained that I would receive an email when the order was actually sent, and I received the order within a week from when it was shipped.
