My experience is so good ,love it.

It takes so long to get anything shipped to me and this last order, they didn't explicitly say WHEN it was shipping. I already went to a BTS concert before I got my new light stick delivered. Such a disappointment and I've ordered from Cokodive several times already.

The extra payments needing to be made because my order is being sent to the United States was unexpected and will deter me from ordering again unless it is absolutely necessary.

Unsatisfied with the final product

Ordered the Army Bomb Ver. 4 Premium Box from. The AB itself arrived and works properly, but I was very disappointed with the inclusions. All of the included items were from U-KISS, and none were BTS related. As a BTS fan purchasing an AB, I expected at least some BTS related items or a more balanced random selection. The experience left me feeling that the inclusions were simply unwanted leftover merchandise rather than meaningful bonus items for BTS fans. Because the store has a no-return, no-exchange, and no-refund policy, I felt stuck with a purchase that did not meet my expectations. I am very disappointed and can only give this product 1 star.

Purchase was great:Customer service communication about the item was quick and efficient. Once i was contacted that it was being mailed, it came much quicker than I thought it would.

Everything is easy as far as the ordering/payment process…everything I’ve ordered so far has been a preorder so it takes a long time to ship. So far, the order I did receive came fast once I got a shipping notification and arrived in perfect working order. I will definitely order again!

The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because of how long it took to ship, but I do understand that there were limited supplies of the lightstick.

First I was reluctant about your site. The internet is full of fake offers. So, even I read the good reviews, I still was hesitant but finally I made an order. I tool the risk and the chance. And Im happy I did it. Now I have the lightstick, ready for the BTS concert in Europe. Thanks.

Amo a cokodive, pero esta vez fallaron con los albums, ya que me vinieron las páginas despegadas y rotas, no traía póster y le faltaban los stickers

I did get an expensive import cost to get my package, which I guess is not the fault of cokodive, but they have promised in the past to limit these costs to a minimum, in this case it was *really* expensive
