I was worried that my Army Bomb might not arrive in time for the concert in Germany, so I asked when it would be shipped and if it could possibly be sent out earlier. The customer service team took about a day to reply, which was really quick and super positive.

Customer service wouldn't credit me for the storage fees that FedEx charged for "improper/missing regulatory paperwork." The item was held up and needed further documentation. Cokodive said they were prompt with getting back to customs/FedEx, but I'm not sure why they don't feel responsible for the item being held up or why it is okay to say the customer has to pay for something held up that was inquired of them. I enjoyed shopping at Cokodive, but now, I won't buy from this company any more.
