My overall experience was okay—ordering was easy enough.
But when my order arrived, it was missing the HD turbo clamp. I contacted support and they shipped one out with standard 2-day shipping. Not ideal, but manageable.
Then, during installation, I realized the mid-pipe support was also missing. Now I’m stuck waiting another 4 days before I can finish the job. No offer of expedited shipping or any kind of compensation was made.
