Terrible customer service. I ordered this case to be a Christmas gift for my youngest son. Was offered to pay extra for shipping to receive the case between December 19th and 24th. Which I paid for. It took you guys 5 days to even create a shipping label. Didn't receive the product until days after Christmas. Still have not gotten any reply from Customer Service for my emails sent.
