Purchased medium brown and washed and exfoliated my face prior to application. One application of 18 minutes did absolutely nothing. It warned of skin dying, and it didn't even color by brow hairs. I tried a second dose the day after and left on for 22 minutes even though they say to not go past 20 minutes and still had ZERO results. absolutely worthless.
