I love the new product I bought from you, however, I bought products from you back in 2014 and I love your other formulas for keratin blowouts. I just wish I could still buy the specific ormula that came in the big brown box that I bought back then. Why did you restrict those products to salons only?

As stated in my previous review, I would not order from this company again. Customer service has been extremely frustrating — repeated attempts to reach someone have gone unanswered, & I ultimately had to threaten legal action just to receive part of my order. To date, I still have not received the full, correct order and I am still trying to get in touch with someone to resolve the issue, without success or communication. This level of service is completely unacceptable. NEVER AGAIN!
