Website was cranky the day I ordered but staff were very helpful. This of course was greatly overshadowed by the fact that it took so long, leaving my tenants with no wear to was hands or brush teeth and like the kitchen the delivery was promised on a certain day and came days later.

Items are low quality and/or aren't being inspected fir defects before supplying to the customer. Countertops are chipped or bowed from improper storage. The employees are friendly and helpful though.

Good product but customer communication lacks. Rather than having a representative answering “Hello” On their cell phone rather than “RTI CABINETS “ and trying to answer questions with screaming children in the background, RTI Should have a dedicated staff member to provide customer service.
