placed my order December 20 during the holidays, weeks passed, received nothing. reached out several times via email, no response. they finally reached out, they were very quick to resolve the issue. They sent a gift card for the value of my purchase, I told them I had not received my order. they canceled the gift card and immediately re-shipped my order. received a few days later. I was not very happy with the wait, but I will say Customer Service was fast once aware of the problem.
