Terrible customer service! Deceiving return policy. Please make sure your purchase is exactly what you need and do not trust their color match! Also, when you receive your extension, keep it wadded in the ball and hold that to your head…God forbid you remove the gold band to hold to your head to see if the color is a match. That apparently voids the return policy. How ignorant….worst company I have dealt with, maybe ever!!

They were very easy to order and arrived quickly. I am impressed with the quality so far. However, I have not put them on yet. Like I stated, they are 14 inch even though I ordered 18 inch. The package says 18 inch, but they measure 14". They are also darker and not as highlighted as shown. I do appreciate that they are not heavily coated in silicone or any coating that can be hard to get off gently.
