The only problem was my purchase was shipped laying flat. This let the bourbon soak through the natural cork and wood stopper enough to dissolve the glue between the cork and wood. There was also some wet patches of bourbon on the inside of the bubble wrap as well. If possible bottles with natural cork stoppers need to be shipped upright and clearly labeled this end up. I understand once it leaves you there's no guarantee the shipper will pay attention to the instructions.
