Terrible service and unreliable. This company does not work with trusted/reliable shipping partners and then tells you that if your package is "lost in transit" that I should have purchased the shipping insurance. I wanted my order, that's all. And I don't trust that this company can actually deliver on their products if they cannot work with reliable shipping companies. I will not be recommending this company.
