It took a long time to ship and neither of the items we ordered were of the material or quality that we were expecting and didn't fit properly either. We went back to our order to try to return the items only to see that you allow absolutely no returns or refunds for any reason, which is a horrible way to run a business, especially with clothing involved. We are thinking about reporting you for deceptive practices

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. The clothing I received was of very poor quality and did not match what was advertised. The items were described as a cotton blend, but the tags showed they were made of 100% polyester. In addition, the logo on the sweater was completely different from the pictures and looked poorly made. To make matters worse, there appears to be no customer service support. I was unable to get assistance or arrange a return.
