There was a company holiday and they were communicative about it. Once they were back, the order was delivered promptly and on-time.
The only issue was with the printing. I had a typo on one of the 12 items. All of them had the team name Titans, and one I accidentally put TItans (capital i), and they printed and sent it that way. I had to purchase another one because it did not look good. I would have loved for them to have seen that and either asked me what to do or just fixed it.
