Which is supposed to protect your order if lost or stolen.(Meaning they will reimburse you.)So when I reached out to Gentle Oasis. To inform them that when I got home. My order wasn't there. And that I checked with neighbors. They told me that the post office is supposed to reimburse me. When I replied letting them know the above mentioned. Which is something they should already be aware of. They never responded.
