I have returned unworn, unwanted/faulty items but I was refused a refund because of perfume smell?! It is really strange as I just tried them on couple times, because I really wanted to have them, but trousers were way to long and I noticed that trousers are faulty, one part of the trousers leg was very shiny, very different to the rest. There for I decided to return both Items. But now it looks that I stuck with both of them(one of them faulty)and £250 loss.

A challenging return process!. I am very disappointed with the fee I have to pay just to return a product that doesn't fit. I am not used to this kind of 'return penalty'. Usually, when you buy something online, the return is for free (or you only get charged for the postal extra costs)

Bad return policy where I have to pay to return. Short turnaround. I’ve been a loyal customer and own about 2000 in jaki goods but I think this is the last of my purchases other than using my store credit. I also saw that purchase protection was added to my order without my consent and I was charged for it. Overall, shady e-commerce practices.
