I have returned unworn, unwanted/faulty items but I was refused a refund because of perfume smell?! It is really strange as I just tried them on couple times, because I really wanted to have them, but trousers were way to long and I noticed that trousers are faulty, one part of the trousers leg was very shiny, very different to the rest. There for I decided to return both Items. But now it looks that I stuck with both of them(one of them faulty)and £250 loss.
