I didn't get what I ordered. I ordered the frame and the 48 color paint by number. The picture is not what I sent in. I only have 12 colors. No frame. No brushes. It took 2 months to get in. Requested a refund MULTIPLE TIMES within the 30 days and cant get customer service to email me back other than a copy/paste response of Your order is on the way!
