It took far longer for me to receive my purchase than promised. Tracking was an issue, as the tracking number provided only worked on their internal system, and I had to ask three times for access to tracking info. Once in the US, the package meandered its way across the country for over a week--it seemed particularly fond of San Diego and New Jersey--before making its way to me. It definitely wasn't sent by priority mail.

You pretended to be selling your own "version" of the lucky65 with KG badge and all. I assumed this was why it would require time to be manufactured (the badges, that is). Instead, I waited over 2 months for a Lucky65 I could have gotten anywhere else in a matter of days. You also don't respond to customer emails, social media comments, and you DELETED my initial negative review. I have STILL not heard from any of your representatives so I can confidently say your service is non-existent.
