Purchased a rod, and another for my oldest daughter. Right out of the package the reel seat was razor sharp from the molding process. I was excited to use it, but after the first cast decided to return both. We are both disappointed in the quality and how cheap it feels. Reading some reviews outside of the tf site, I’m not the only. I’ve been emailing back and forth with customer service for the last 2 weeks to get a return authorization and shipping label and I have still only received 1.
