They were quick to ship. Quick to respond when I had considered canceling items in my order. Willing to help adjust the order to items I wanted to cancel last minute which was really nice. I decided to send the complete order I originally purchased. Some items are much larger in person but I am quite small so to be expected when buying oversized items like the zipper crew neck. There sizing advise per specific item was very helpful. So far very happy. Other then the 1 item that was a no show

It is irresponsible not to monitor the Canada Post strike status or use alternative carriers, knowing parcels could become stuck at any time. Especially when there are no alternative shipping methods for customers to choose from - I would have gladly paid more for a courier, knowing a strike was imminent. Please do better going forward. So, so disappointed.
