OMG they made this so easy. I sent them a (not great) photo from my phone, and they did their magic to enhance the quality of it, then did the costume. First print had his head too small as he's a pretty big dog, something they couldn't have known. They made a quick adjustment, sent another print, I approved, and DONE. It took no time at all, and the qualify of the finished product is amazing. So happy with the entire process.
