I like the gummies; and have tried 3 different varieties. The 10mg is fine, the 20 mg wipes me out. Sometimes I'll take 1 1/2 of the 10 mg. I'll use the 20mg on weekends only so I can sleep later. If I take it past 8 PM, it's more difficult to shake off the sleepiness in the morning.
