It was easy to navigate through the app. It arrived with a reasonable amount of time. I was actually surprised of how quick it arrived to me door. Don’t use anything sharp to open your package as the rug is very close to the packaging. There is no bubble wrap or styrofoam used in packaging the rug.

The underneath of the rug does not stick to my kitchen tile floor, it moves all over and would be very unsafe. I decided to get a woven rubber under rug pad and put that on first and put the rug on top. It seems OK for now. I love the pattern, the fabric and the size, it’s just a bummer that it won’t stay in place without the underpad.
