Lack of specific information at the time of ordering on line. When we discussed our disappointment with them over the phone they were defensive and had excuses as to why we didn't get what the website images showed. We effectively wasted a third of our purchase price on the postage each way. They would only accept postage as the means of returning the goods, but we could easily have dropped them in on one of our trips past their premises. They told us that we were were very difficult customers.
