F you guys! I received, first day I used one flap came up on side of wallet. I emailed, sent photos. I received messages from Jessica and Ellen. (Bots)? Jessica apologized,,production's team said this shouldn't happen, said new wallet would be mailed out. Few days later I get another email saying I needed to send photos. The same bot I Sent photos to prior. Great customer service. Unsatisfied.
