The website is on par with most others. Not as many art choices for the thin as compared to the clutch or the micro. No solids other than black. Sometimes hard to see what's new or in stock, or to find out if a particular advertised design is available for a particular wallet, out of stock, or discontinued

Customer experience was not helpful and actively worked to keep me from returning my wallet. They were very responsive but were not helpful. Did not enjoy. If Paperwallet does not accept returns thats fine but you should just state as much.

I paid for a paper wallet and still never received it because FedEx delivered it to the WRONG address. Somehow that’s just… acceptable to them?
No apology. No replacement. No refund. No real attempt to fix it. Just passing the blame and washing their hands of it. That’s not how business works.
If you’re going to charge people money, you’re responsible for making sure they actually get what they paid for. Blaming FedEx doesn’t excuse terrible customer service and lack of accountability.
