I spent 1 week trying to get my wallet tracker to connect, then 2 weeks arguing with your customer service because they wanted me to prove the card wasn't connecting with video. As I stated several times: THERE IS NO WAY TO RECORD THE CARD TURNING ON AND NOT CONNECTING WITH MY PHONES CAMERA. I can either record there card turning on or I can screen record google find not connecting to anything, but you CANT do both.
It should've NEVER been brought up in the first place.

From the perspective of a customer in the European Union, this site is a scam.
The prices listed on the website are incomplete. For shipping to the European Union, additional fees (VAT and a handling fee for calculating VAT) are added upon receipt – in my case, 50% of the price shown on the website! This violates EU regulations, which require the full price to be presented to the consumer. If the additional fee is refused, the wallet is returned to the manufacturer, and the money is forfeited.
