I recently moved house so forgot that the subscription was no longer paused. When I received the notification that payment had been processed I contacted Lottie & Albert worried that it would be sent to my previous address. They were very understanding and able to amend the address before the box had been dispatched. My subscription is currently paused whilst I settle in but am sure I will reinstate it for the autumn.
