The website is hard to use - a different sign in, it seems like Guild members should get that rate and not only Premium members. And the cart is THE WORST. It's very clunky to add/remove stuff from the cart from the pre-order review page. You have to go back to the main shop page and start your search all over. Then when you add or remove with the quantity button, and hit Add to Cart, it gives a message saying you need to click the Update Cart button BUT THERE ISN'T ONE. Major bug. FRUSTRATING.
