Wish there was an easier/quicker way to speak with customer service. Email is the only way that works. The issue was taken care of but because of the delay with email only option, we almost missed the Christmas deadline for a gift. It's a little frustrating to not have other options. The Chat option is never available even during the hours it should be. And I can't find a number to call anywhere. When you are an Angel Guild member, there should be other options at least.
