Item ordered November 17th. Received and approved proof on November 18th. November 22 received an email that my order was on the way. As of December 9th the tracking number provided still showed that UPS was not in possession of the item even though the tracking was created. I reached out to the company where I was informed of "delays". I then asked on December 10th for an update on when I could expect the product and the response was "as soon as possible."
