Overall, the entire process was a failure even after numerous contacts to the customer service email to resolve the situation. I ordered this over 4 weeks ago and as of this review I have still not received it. Now they are telling me to go to the post office to try to find it. Company will not issue refund after numerous requests. Do not purchase from them.
