I emailed Sabinetek support an hour after receiving the mike and two times after that, asking for the RMA and return address. I got no reply at all until I called Chase Bank to dispute the charge. Now Sabinetek have replied cos they want a review. Well it's not good. They ignore emails that request to return the mike.

Your customer service is very, very, very poor. I sent several emails enquiring about the product and how to purchase it. Sadly, I didn't receive any response. There is no phone # to call for help. I am very disappointed. On the website, you said your co. would provide technical support. I believe it is only a gimmick, because your staff didn't response to customer's emails. I wouldn't purchase from your company again nor recommend to others. Please improve your customer service support!!!
