Order was delivered in a timely manner and even though the box looked terrible since all the ice had melted, I was able to refreeze them based on your note.

Very easy and pleasant experience.

Everything arrived still frozen. We have tried the German Country Loaf and pretzel rolls. I followed instructions for the German Country Loaf, but found it still cold inside. Recommend defrosting longer than recommended. Love the taste!

The store works well.

The broetchen do not bake well inside. I add a few more minutes to the recommended 12 minutes bake tie but still the inside is still doughy. This is even after leaving them out for at least 30 minutes or even one day. The outside is crisp and lovely.

Came quickly, packed perfectly and still frozen when they arrived.

I loved my brot box. It was quick and easy to thaw and bake the breads (reheat, I should say as they come fully baked but frozen). I loved the tastes and the sizes/portions. The rolls are my favorite.

Still hoping future products will give better experience!

I am so grateful that we can get these artisan breads baked in Germany - in USA ! We were not disappointed - will order again

For some reason the link never told me that it had been ordered so I selected the link again and then was notified there were two orders. I immediately emailed customer service to let them know but they were not very helpful and now am being charged for both orders. Also left on my porch late at night and was not very cold the next day since it has been so warm here.

Fast shipping great quality

Have only had 3 of the items—seed bread, rolls, and pretzels. All are delicious. The others look good but have not been subjected to the taste test.

As for the shopping experience I like the mailing of the bread and you kept me in contact when it will arrive so I could be home. It arrived frozen in a very nice reusable box The only complaint is some things are not available. The reason I made an order in the first place was to buy cinnamon buns and butter croissants. Can’t get them but other things I’ve bought are great. We love it!
