My order came quickly and the dry ice really kept the rolls frozen so they were in perfect condition

The overall experience with the company was disappointing from start to finish. Communication and quality control were not what I expected for a premium frozen product. The order arrived late, the ice packs were completely melted, and the bread was no longer properly frozen upon arrival. Most of the items had to be discarded because they were no longer usable. I attempted to salvage part of the order by refreezing and baking it, but the quality was already compromised. For products that require

It was a good experience except for the fact that our freezer could not accommodate the quantity so we had to give 1/3 of it away. I wish we could order smaller quantities.

The shipment arrived as told the only thing I don’t know was clear was the packaging that it came in if that was freezer wrapping or if I needed to put them in a freezer bag, I just put them in as they came so far it has seemed to be OK

I love shopping online at the Brotbox. Easy to get around and lots to choose from. Also, my orders always arrive in good condition and within a couple of days of ordering. I would definitely recommend!
