I am very dissatisfied with the customer service. I would like to return an “Olli™ - Snatch and Anti-shock block” in its original packaging. First, I was asked several questions, which I answered. Then I heard nothing more. Despite multiple requests via email, I have not yet received a return label. Is this a fraudulent company, or is the company on the verge of bankruptcy? I just want a return label!
