I have visited their store before in Davenport, Iowa. It is a darling boutique. Very inviting atmosphere to shop in with a very friendly and helpful staff. Since I live in another State, I mostly shop with Katch online. My recent experience was a good one. I love their website. Very easy to navigate. I was happy that they kept me updated about my order throughout the shipping process. Shipping confirmation to delivery. Also I appreciated that my items had been nicely packaged for shipping.
