I am disappointed and extremely shocked at the way this business runs. I ordered a grill that said 3- 5 days and I needed it in that time. I looked for paid shipping so I could get it faster but it wasn't available. I expected my order was on the way as thats always whag happens when I order things in the past. I pay, I order, it gets sent. Boom. But nope. After a couple days I decide to look in my email and see a tracking and find an email asking if I want the part. Im confused now cos of course I want it or I wouldnt have bought it. It takes another day to get a response back that says other people have been disappointed if they dont have a sedan or hatchback. Well, I have a sedan as I chose when I was asked on the site. So at this point it should already be to me based upon what the website when I ordered it said. I would have ordered this grill from another site had I known they'd not do what they said. I missed my body shop appointment now and have to wait months again. I wont be doing business with this company again and advise anyone considering doing business to buy your part elsewhere if you find it somewhere else.
