They drew it out so that it's past the time limit, but it wasn't when I began asking them how to get reimbursed one way or another, be it store credit or a refund. Now I'm furious and want a refund. I have better things to do with my time and energy than to try and beg you to get customer service. The sad things is that I really liked all the other products. Now I'm so disgusted, I don't want to order another thing.
