I placed the order it said it would come in time for my anniversary however it did not. I got a message that said it was with UPS then another saying that UPS gave it to USPS. Then a message saying they couldn't deliver it but i could pick it up at the address on the note on my door but there was no note. I had to call the post office to find out where it was too much for a person living with anxiety. I give my customer service person 6 stars!

s a first-time customer, my experience was disappointing. I had to wait several weeks to receive the body oil because it was out of stock, but this was not communicated to me when I placed my order. There was quite a bit of back and forth before I finally received an update, and although I was told the shipping would be expedited, it did not arrive in an expedited timeframe.
Unfortunately, the product itself also did not meet my expectations. The oil does not moisturize my skin at all.
