I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Blue Island.
I ordered a Sunblock Jacket in XL size around 15–20 days ago. After an unreasonably long delay, the product was finally delivered, but instead of the XL size that I ordered, I received a Large (L) size. This clearly reflects poor quality control and negligence in handling customer orders.
