It took a Little Time, but that is caused by the distance. Service and the product are Amazing … Will buy another for my House as soon as the room is ready.

A delay because of not receiving an email that I needed to approve the custom design. Would have been better if you had sent a follow up checking on why you had not heard from me. As it was I had to follow up asking what the status was on my order.

Product arrived and looked as cool as anticipated. Quality is great. However, it was not made clear that this would take nearly a month to arrive after shipping. In addition, it was listed as “free” shipping and it was not well communicated that within a week or so of arrival I received a nearly $50 bill for going through US customs.

I just received a bill for $40.50 from fedex for this. I am upset and I ant someone to make this right.

Be sure you order in enough time! It isn’t going to get to you in a couple of days, but was totally worth the wait! We purchased in plenty of time ahead of the retirement party the helicopter was gifted at.
